For normal breast augmentation, an incision at least 5-6 centimetres long is made. In minimally invasive augmentation, we can insert implants through an incision as small as 2.5 cm. This is thanks to the funnel-shaped sterile bag, called. Insertion Sleeve. This innovative method is suitable for implants with a volume of up to 500 ml, which are inserted into the breast through a 3.5 cm incision.
Thanks to the perfect cohesion and softness of the gel inside the implant, the result of the surgery is completely natural looking and feeling breasts, which almost no one will be able to tell that they have been enlarged with silicone breast implants. Even if you are slim and lying on your back on the beach or raising your arms above your head, your breasts will look natural.

Because the implant is inserted into the breast through a sterile pouch, it does not touch the tissue around the incision. Thus, the mentioned surgical technique minimizes the risk of capsular contracture. This is a very safe technique.
Other postoperative instructions are the same. At home, you should rest on bed rest for two – three days. You should not perform any strenuous physical activity, such as lifting heavy things. We recommend wearing the special bra continuously for 6-8 weeks. For about a month or two, it is advisable to sleep on your back and limit sports activities. After two months, you can gradually start to increase the sports load.
Complications after surgery are very rare, usually patients have minor postoperative pain, bruising, swelling or reduced nipple sensitivity. All this takes only a few days. Scars should fade and flatten between 3 months and 2 years after surgery, depending on how the healing process has gone and the individuality of the patient.
Silicone implants do not affect breastfeeding and do not endanger the fetus during pregnancy. However, after surgery, the patient should beware of significant weight changes. The result achieved may also be adversely affected by enlargement and subsequent involution of the breasts after lactation.
The results of breast augmentation are long-lasting, although like all breast augmentation procedures, the effect and its persistence depend on the individual patient and her body.
