Our experience at the clinic was perfect and we couldn’t have made a better decision. My 7 year old daughter underwent ear correction – otroplasty, under the guidance of Mudr. Beleja. The whole process from the very first consultation was pleasant, hassle-free and very friendly – tailored to my daughter’s age. It’s rare to find a doctor who is sympathetic even to a child’s fears, so the child doesn’t have doctors as scarecrows :). We are extremely grateful for the care our daughter received at the clinic, thanks in part to Paula from marketing who set up a literally magical room for our daughter and became her real adult friend. The attitude of the staff is really amazing! I just left there today after my procedure and I can’t say enough… Such great people who were nonstop helpful. Most of all I would like to thank the nurse, Timaeus (I don’t know her last name unfortunately) who took care of me for the whole 24 hours. I was not at my best and whenever I rang her she came with a smile, whether it was four o’clock in the morning or in the afternoon. Dr. Dziuban was very nice (I can’t rate the work yet because I’m stuck, post rhinoplasty).
