- 3Using a scalpel, the edges of the hymen are incised, opening an adequate entrance to the vagina
- 4Patients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a legal guardian
Frequently asked questions
Approximately three hours after the procedure, the patient can leave the medical facility accompanied by her doctor. Before going for home treatment, each patient is briefed on her health status and arranges a follow-up appointment.
