However, as a precautionary measure, we have also had to tighten our rules to protect the health of our clients and employees while eliminating the potential spread of COVID-19. We believe that together we can manage this situation if we treat each other responsibly and considerately.
Let's start from ourselves
How else to start, if not from yourself? In order to make you feel safe, we take the following precautions for you:
- from 15.10.2020 every client will have to undergo a mandatory antigen test for COVID-19
- we try to make appointments so that as few clients as possible are in the clinic at the same time
- the clinic premises are disinfected several times a day
- after each client our ambulances are sterilized by UV radiation
- our employees protect themselves throughout the day by covering their airways with FFP2 respirators and are tested for covid at regular intervals19
- you can pay for our services conveniently and contactlessly
If you have a planned visit to our clinic, please read the following instructions carefully:
- when entering the clinic, cover your mouth and nose with a drape and use hand sanitizer
- for the mandatory rapid test, please arrive at the clinic 15 minutes before your appointment
- keep your distance from other clients and staff - whether in the corridor or in the waiting room
- please limit the use of cash
Cancellation of the deadline
We know that many of you are trying to call us to cancel your appointment. Our lines are at full capacity, but despite our efforts to strengthen them, you may not get through.
Please, if you have decided to cancel your appointment, just let us know by emailing us at info@frais.sk, stating your first name, last name and date of birth with the cancellation request.
We also ask you to cancel or reschedule if:
- you cough, sneeze, or have an elevated body temperature
- you have visited one of the countries (or regions) at risk in the last 14 days
- you have been in contact with persons at risk
- visiting relatives or friends in bed
